The Cross Port Relief Station is the place where food, medicine and humanitarian aid from around the world is supposed to come in and be distributed without regard for politics. In reality, the government has complete control of the facility and sells the supplies on the Black Market. You’re going to liberate those supplies and expose these crooked dealings to the world!
